Editing and Proofreading Payments
All editing and proofreading services are charged per page, with prices starting at $5 per page (as indicated on the website).
Payments must be made in advance through secure payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other methods available on the website).
The final price may vary depending on the document type, complexity, turnaround time, and level of editing required.
Cancellations and Revisions
Orders can be canceled free of charge if notice is given before work has begun on your document.
Cancellations made after work has started may incur a fee of up to 50% of the order cost.
If we are unable to complete your order as agreed, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only granted if a service was not provided or if a technical issue was caused by the platform.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method used.
Payment Security
We do not store credit card data on our servers.
All transactions are processed by certified payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
